IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES:
* All charters include complimentary bottled water and snacks.
* A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
* Your balance is due 24 hours prior to your sailing time if paying by credit card, or upon your arrival for your sailing time if paying by cash.
* Your deposit can be applied to an alternate date if canceled 72 hours prior to your sailing time.
* Sailings are subject to inclement weather cancellation, 100% of your deposit is refundable if you are unable to reschedule.
* Charters will occur on our new 2009 31 foot Catalina 309 sailboat. Our models are subject to change, but a substitute model will accommodate the number of guests booked for your charter.
* Guests may bring beverages (alcohol: beer or non-red wines only please) and/or prepared food for their sail. Hidden Bay Cafe (503-240-1871) has a great menu and is located near our dock. We sail on time, so please pre-order your food.
* There is a $10 (cash only please) non-refundable cleaning/disposal fee if additional food or beverages will be brought on board.
