Roger and Linda have been sailing together on the Columbia River for many years and love sharing this experience with others. They are fun, warm and friendly hosts that will cater your sail to your specifications. Whether you are a novice or an experienced sailor; whether you want to take the wheel or sit back and relax, this sailboat charter is for you. You will be amazed at the peace and tranquility that you will experience out on the water. You can also count on having a whole lot of fun with Roger and Linda hosting the sail.

Your Captain:
Roger has been sailing for over 12 years. He knows our rivers well and he’s committed to your safety by maintaining his Charter License with the U.S. Coast Guard. Roger truly has a passion for sailing and for sharing the sailing experience with others. Roger is also the owner of River City Sailing, a premier sailboat brokerage that is located with the charter services on Hayden Island. River City Sailing is the exclusive dealer for Catalina Yachts in Oregon, SW Washington and Idaho.

Your First Mate:
Linda Meadows has been Roger’s first mate for more than four years. She savors the calm and peace that is experienced while sailing on the Columbia. Linda is very outgoing and easily connects with charter passengers to help them feel relaxed and at ease while out on the water.
